You may request an exchange within 5 days of receiving your order if:
The product is unused, unwashed, and in original condition
All tags and original packaging are intact
The item is not purchased during sale or promotion
The product is not customized or altered
Exchanges will not be accepted for:
Sale or discounted items
Customized or altered products
Used, washed, or damaged items
Products returned without original tags or packaging
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing us at helpdesk@kiarav.in with your Order ID and product photos. We will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.

Our support team will review your request and guide you through the process
If the exchange is due to our error (wrong or damaged item), reverse shipping will be free
