Exchange Policy

At IN.KIRAV LLP, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you need a different size or product, please review our exchange policy below.

1. Exchange Eligibility

You may request an exchange within 5 days of receiving your order if:

  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in original condition

  • All tags and original packaging are intact

  • The item is not purchased during sale or promotion

  • The product is not customized or altered

2. Non-Exchangeable Items

Exchanges will not be accepted for:

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Customized or altered products

  • Used, washed, or damaged items

  • Products returned without original tags or packaging

3. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing us at helpdesk@kiarav.in with your Order ID and product photos. We will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.

4. Exchange Process

To request an exchange:

  • Email us at helpdesk@kiarav.in

  • Share your Order ID, reason for exchange, and supporting photos (if applicable)

  • Our support team will review your request and guide you through the process

5. Reverse Pickup & Shipping

  • If the exchange is due to our error (wrong or damaged item), reverse shipping will be free

  • In other cases, exchange shipping charges may apply

6. Exchange Availability

Exchanges are subject to product and size availability. If the requested item is unavailable, we may offer:

  • An alternative product

  • Store credit

  • Refund (if applicable)
